THE CLEANEST LAKE EVER

The lake is not only clean and fully trash free but also very clear. I can always see at least 15 feet down. The lake does not have many lay downs because the lake is mostly all houses on the sides... except for one little side of the lake. The lake is spring fed and the cool thing about it is that you can walk in the spring and feel the cold water, yes it is drinkable but I would still not drink it. The deepest the lake gets is 80 feet down and that is were all of the big chunky fish are. I would say to use a drop shot to fish on the bottom. But good luck fishing, and catch em all!

Many places to fish

Where the Elkhart river branches off the St. Joseph river, there many different places to fish. There are 4+ bridges, rocky rapids, sandy bottoms, and weedlines to fish in the area. Bass and carp are plentiful. Although the water levels are low currently, I wouldn't be surprised if fishing will increase as the water levels rise.
