Lots of private property

The golf course workers are so mean, the only public spot you can fish is very pressured, I even had a golf-course worker kick me out of a spot that was public city land, if you are sneaky and don’t think you’ll get caught, they have eyes everywhere, they will send a worker straight to you that will get mad at you, and if you try kayaking (because you can legally float over private property), they will call the DWR on you

Murdock Canal = Manila Creek Pond in Pleasant Grove Cons: • Paddle boarders think they own the lake so they don’t always mind their own business. • No shade. •Can get crowded with anglers but there is more than enough room to share. Pros: • Fairly clean pond and well cared for. • Not too many spots that are super weeded - Good for spinners! • Fish are super active even outside of prime time with the right bait (Bread, jigs & spinners). Species: • Striped/White Bass Hybrid (Wiper) • Rainbow Trout • Bluegill • Goldfish
