Lake Carroll is the largest privately owned lake in Illinois. It’s over 640 acres and is about 50’ deep at its deepest. The fishing is incredible. The lake is stocked and has its own hatchery for walleye. Largies, smallies, white bass, walleye, cats, carp, crappie, northern, Muskie, perch, bluegill, and shad are some of the common species here.
