Checked this out since it’s so close to my house. The water was clear that day and I could see 12-15 footballs in there. No signage of any kind indicating that fishing was not allowed. Several campus police drove by us without a peep. Park right next to the pond.

although this lake is private, you can ask someone to let you fish there. it is very quiet and it is peaceful. there’s some big fish at the buoy there’s catfish at the buoy but they are hard to catch. there are a couple big bass and a few bass nests here and there. you can swim but they water has bacteria. so mainly just fish
