I’ve been coming here for 7 years for a summer camp and have made so many memories it is a beautiful property witch lots of trails and fishing spots. If your looking to fish try the trails or the beaches I don’t have a lot of luck with the dam side. If your looking for a relaxing walk in nature it’s the right place. Tons of huge bass crappie and Trout I’ve personally never caught a pickerel but I’ve had some mysterious break offs.
there is a bunch of blue snapper schools and are a real thrill to have on your line. i fish of the piers and every cast i get one. you can use a snapper popper but if u have a normal spoon they go crazy for it using any jigging method but if u reel it in as fast as u can they jump out of the water for it. really cool place on boat or on shore!!!
