Safety 1st here

If you're unfamiliar with the layout of the bottom ask other wading fisherman for knowledge or you will end up in a dangerous situation. If boating drop it quickly. don't get too close ie within 12 feet of water fall wether boating or wading, both are dangerous.

Well kept pond, abundant nature

Pond is well kept with gravel walkways, wooden sea walls, and benches scattered around the lake. Makes for very easy fishing. Panfish, bass, and monster carp all live here, maybe perch too but can’t confirm. Light seaweed growth near shore, and large heavy seaweed growth a little deeper. Has porta potty and kayak/small boat launch. Near busy road so not as quiet as it used to be.
