i live right up the hill on the shelton side and i always go down and fish off my kayak or from the shore, waters pretty clear and i can see carp and everything swimming around, also lots of bass, sunfish, perch, and i’ve even caught crappie here. i’ve night fished for catfish once but never got any bites, and i’ve never gotten a pike here but i don’t rlly go for them so idk i might have to try tho
great spot with picnic tables x2, and about a half mile of river access from a small side street. trails along the edge of the river and tons of different areas to hunker down at. not quiet since it's very close to highway but that's ok. you access it from the field across the river from the Google map location
