Great pond, but limited to neighborhood residents

Larger and deeper than the other ponds in mckays mill, also far superior in terms of species diversity. There’s grass carps, largemouth bass, catfish (I think channel catfish, more specifically) and even a lot of koi fish. Great access all around, but there’s a sign that says only neighborhood residents are allowed to fish.
