It's a really good lake to fish. It is best in late spring and early summer. I've heard fall is awsome pike and bass fishing in the fall as well. For lodging I highly recommend staying at paradise lodge it's right on the lake and you can't beat the hospitality.
Great place. Good for lake fish. Nice walleye and pike. Lots of perch and rock bass. Boat ramp fee at the park is 5 dollars. Campground is available. Nice people. There’s a creek at the end of the lake, good pan fish and bass. Hardly ever packed. There are other boat ramps around the lake but they’re for residents only. Not in as good condition as the parks ramp. Lots of minnow. Worth it for a nice evening or weekend.
