Great place for kayak fishing there is only 4 spots at most to fish from the bank and ill be honest…They suck from personal experiences 😂 there is a boat ramp to launch whatever but when kayaking do be cautious of the boats….🙄 in the summer they get a little out of control and the lake becomes unfishable cause of all the weeds they kick up. Trout are stocked in the spring and fall, FYI it is a grass lake thats all ill say there is very few rock and wood mostly docks and weeds. If your on a boat u must go counter clockwise. Good luck out there my friends and ill see you on the water 💪🏽💪🏽

The smallmouth bite here can be top notch! Anywhere from 2ft-40ft. A deep stream bed (40ft) runs down the middle with fine black rubble. The wind can make for a tough day floating on the water and changes the current rapidly. Invest in a small anchor! This is also a great place to observe loons and a few bald eagles.
