The reservoir is fairly small but stocked with trout every summer. Fort Carson MWR stocked largemouth for a few years and the species is self-sustaining. Water level is pretty low nowadays and there is a ton of grass, weeds, and other aquatic plants throughout the bank and most spots in the middle. Top water seems to work best, however some have made weedless bait work. If you don't mind pulling grass after every cast its a pretty decent spot.
