The lake is tucked behind the Lakeview Estates, and just a couple minutes from highway 75 off of White Street in Anna, Texas. Convenient location, clean water, well-maintained shoreline, and definitely not a shortage of fish! I've never seen more than six or seven people at a time, and everyone I've met there has been polite and helpful when I got a hook stuck. great place to take kids and families. (I wouldn't recommend getting in the water though because I've seen a few water snakes - eekkk!!) Overall, I highly recommend visiting!

Narrow creek with a lot of obvious spots for cover. I’ve pulled 5 or 6 bass out in an hour, and I’ve skunked over 4 or 5 hours. Only ever seen 1 angler and maybe 1 other person in about a dozen trips. There are trips of good sized carp you can see swimming and surfacing in multiple sections. There is one lunker bass I have hooked no less than 4 times on jigs and a live bluegill. Brought it’s head to the surface at my feet twice and it popped off. Big fella. My buddy and his girl have pulled out cannel cats off dead shrimp pretty easily. Gar have chomped on my bobbers. Do NOT go down here if there is rain. The mud is insane and the evidence of flooding all around the creek is everywhere. Good spot to go fish by yourself though. Look for a spot in the neighborhood on the south side where you can park and walk in. Easy to see on google maps.
