this lake is the best lake within 30 mins of my summer home. perch on blue fox spinners go absolutey CRAZY. fishing is mainly on a boat though. almost every single time we go we catch a nice sized pickerel. bass are OK over there. largest was 7 lb. crappie are huge and sk are sunfish. all you need is a copper blue fox spinner, a gold one, and a silver one, depends on what they like (changes)

I've fished Lake Jeff more than anywhere else. Largemouth Bass & Chain Pickerel are king here. Yellow Perch are aggressive and it's common to get half a dozen a day, Bluegill and Pumpkinseed too. Sucker fish, Catfish, Crappie, and Eel too. If you're lucky you might find a Brown Trout.
