I was only able to do my fishing from shore considering we were staying at a friends lake house, but I saw a ton of good size fish cruising around. Caught a few by Digging up some salamanders or worms from the shoreline and throwing them on a bobber with about 6 inches in between.
This pond is excellent for bass fishing and loon watching. Boat traffic is minimal as there seems to be no public boat launch. Lots of smallies and bucketmouths. Most I caught were around 13-16” and a few larger. Most of my fish were put back. Wacky rigged senkos made fishing here ridiculously easy.
15 million catch locations, advanced fishing maps and depth charts from Navionics- all the fishing intel you need to start fish smarter and catch more.
