People say that it’s sewage water but every time we’ve gone we caught a bunch of bass on worm lures. To me, the water seems pretty clear and there isn’t any stumps except for a few feet from the shore. The best place to fish tho is by the dock with the red roof close to the campsite and near the shore.

Very good lake with on site shop. Excellent fishing for bass, brim, and catfish. plenty of bank access, as well as a nice boat ramp. highly recommend for anyone looking for a place to take kids, all the way up to competitive anglers. It does have a fishing fee, but it's well worth it.
