Very good lake to fish best times to fish are early morning and right before sunset.Tons of bass ranging from 1lb to 22lb I know has been caught locals are fine with fishing as long as your being respectful can park in the residential area but look out for old security guard in Ford Explorer he will make a fuss about anything

The biggest issue for fishing is the amount of people riding water bikes. The really big positive to this lake is that there is HUGE fish in it. I’ve seen 10+ pound carp and 4+ pound bass, as well as 10 oz + Panfish. Expects the panfish to eat your worm off your hook tho cause there is tons of aggresive babies lol.
