This lake is around 100 years old and hansnt been stocked in over 13 years, but has a lot of different species surprisingly, largemouth, black crappie, green sunfish, bluegill, carp, channel cats, yellow bullheads, flathead cats (rare), koifish, and there has been piranhas, pacu, and even Oscars caught here. It's stained and very tough but it's awesome when it produces. my personal best largemouth bass is 7lbs 2oz. from this lake and I'll never forget it!
This place has a lot of picnic tables and it’s really clean has a lot of grass and trees for picnics and gatherings/ parties. The fishing is fairly good, micro fishing for line bluegills, green sunfish and also baby bass is nice at this time of year, and big bass fishing is a bit tough because it’s super pressured so bring your best tips and tricks and lures and techniques to this place!
