I showed up here on a gamble. Didn't expect to catch much since I figured it would be super pressured. It was beautiful and quiet. I didn't see a soul on the trail. There were enough small paths that I could find nice spots. The water was crystal clear. Could see quite a few beautiful browns.

I have literally never been to a better trout lake than silver. Never skunked here and usually catch my limit or close to it. Tons of stocked rainbows, native browns and lake trout. I find spinners, rooster tails, power bait and worms work best. A lot of spots to fish from shore, and boat launches as well.
