Lake Texoma

Loved Lake Texoma and had a great time with Shane from Sparky’s. We caught our limit pretty quickly and had a blast doing it!

Pretty hot in the summer but you can still catch fish in the early mornings, and late evenings.

went with a couple of friends and had an absolute blast! the guide was great and we even got some dock fishing in. we caught about 50 striper bass and a catfish and a largemouth bass. was overall a really good trip and would definitely recommend.

Striped Bass, Largemouth, Smallmouth, Spotted, White Bass. Channel Catfish, Flatheads, Bullheads, Blue Cats. All local species of Sunfish. Crappie, Shad, Gar. Below the dam you can find Redhorse and Shiner species. Common and Grass Carp, Buffalo. There are even Paddlefish below the dam. Fly fishing is great. Spring and Summer, topwater bite is great at dawn. Live bait is a failsafe. A charter is a good idea if you want a day full of Striper fishing, but you can kayak and bank fish pretty easily too. Remember, a separate Lake Texoma fishing license is required to fish here ($12 online).
