Very nice "catch and release" ponds

It's a very nice location. Tons of weeds which allows a very good frog bite and Texas rigged softs, but that also means it limits the use of other baits. There is a lot of fishing pressure but if you are willing to fish around dawn and dusk, the bites are sweet. As the title implies, this is a catch and release pond. That allows everyone to enjoy a bite for another day. It's also very well maintained and the grass is always nicely cut. Tons of American Bullfrogs that sometimes scare you when you go too near to a brush sometimes (but nothing wrong with a good laugh). The turtles are cute because they sometimes curiously chase your bait. Pond is teeming with life. I say to give it a dangle.

Decent spot

A decent spot with two ponds to choose from. I know there’s some big largemouth in the top pond, but I haven’t been able to catch any. I caught my first pickerel out of the top pond, though. The bottom pond is full of small-medium sized bass and a few elusive 3-4 pounders. I haven’t caught any of the big boys yet, but it’s almost impossible to not catch at least 1 small bass in the bottom pond. I’ve caught at least 3 small largemouth in the bottom pond each time I’ve been there.

my favorite place I've ever been

the memories I have with this pond will never be beat the first time I ever went there I never even knew of a fish like pickerel existing and I caught a pretty big one I was so excited I thought it was a muskie and I got almost my whole family to get fishing licenses the next day and go there to catch what I thought were muskie but they turned out to be pickerel but they are still a very fun fish to catch.

the upper pond is infested with pickerel. there are a lot of huge sunnys. there are bass too, but they're always real beat up and skinny. The lower pond has small but healthy bass and a lot of sunnys. the wind is constantly blowing there it seems, which makes it difficult to fish sometimes. there are a ton of weeds in the summer.
