Great fishing

ive been fishing this lake for over 8 years now and its a great lake in the winter spring and fall time as long as the weeds are not over grown during the summer time

This lake was the lake that I learned how to fish at and over the years, the weeds have gotten progressively worse. Very good when you can find spots without the weeds however. The bass in here aren’t huge but you can catch some up to about 6 pounds I’d say. The biggest I’ve caught was about 2.5 but I’ve seen someone catch one upwards of 5 pounds. The best spot is definitely along the highway. I’ve tried in a kayak around and have found a couple little honey holes around the lake but the most consistent spot is by far from the highway.

Outstanding!!!

Honestly I’ve fished here for at least 23 years and I gotta say the fishing here is great! Tons of species: bluegill, bluegill, speckled trout, and trout! Very easy.

Nice lake fun too fish

Wouldn’t go if ur looking for some trophy Fish but if ur looking for a fun day out and some nice bass bluegill or Perch it’s your place. It is slightly crowded sometimes but it’s still not a bad spot
