Boone Lake (South Fork Holston River)

hero one day 0 the next. the water going up and down seems to mess with the fishing. I do better with normal pool. water down fishing is a lot harder. with lowering holston and wataga for winter pool tva is moving a lot of water up and down on Boone. just keep fishing. a lot of big fish in Boone. this week should be good with the moon comming up

First time I’d fished Boone in around 10 years, have to say it didn’t disappoint. Caught several fish and the weather was less than ideal.

great lake just needs to be cleaned up!
