Spring Lake

Not worth the trip. Good sized pond with one decent natural shoreline, the rest of the shore is stacked with residential properties. Small, poorly maintained boat ramp in very shallow water. I've been several times and the bite is typically terrible. Probably my final trip today when we couldn't land a bass over a pound. It's pretty apparent the locals beat this place up, lots of docks, party barges, bass boats, dockside pole holders etc. Not sure if they're eating the bass or mishandling them to death but this place is burnt. State should just start stocking trout as there's little else left in here worth catching.
