Average largemouth ranges from 1.8 to 3lbs. I’ve caught bluegill, largemouth, pike, perch and pickerel. No public access for boating but you could fish off the beach on the Smithfield side of the lake. The beach has been closed on and off over the years so there isn’t much parking.

Feel like it’s been tougher to get the fish to bite from land than it has been. There are a ton of carp maybe that has something to do with it. When they do bite I usually get huge bass. More success should be had with kayak. Over all great scenery and bigger bass than most places.
