Tampier Lake

With worms you will catch a lot of panfish and catfish.

Tampier used to be tons of fun when I was growing up, it’s just not the same anymore. Very over pressured and people will often keep anything they catch regardless of species. Fish have a plentiful food source already in that lake so bait/lure presentation is a real crap shoot.

Not great for summer fishing. Hoping it's good when the temperature cools down

This lake has been so overfished and many people take the fish home. The lake doesn’t do well in high temperatures. I’ve seen many gigantic dead walleyes on the bank just dried up which makes me of sad. Not the worst lakes to fish but very overfished and isn’t as good as it used to be.

Lake levels were high after the mass amount of rain we’ve had.

There is a lot of catfish in here and many other fish.
