2nd time fishing the great susky, and it did not disappoint. couldn't do a float so we fished close to the boat ramp, and still caught dozens and dozens of these crazy smalljaws. these are the most violent and hateful smallies I've ever had the pleasure of fighting! I can't wait to go back!

if you're coming here for peace and quiet , then this is it. If you are from out of town , make sure you know if it rained at all in the past 3 days as parts can become almost completely inaccessible when the water rises. There are also several spots where you'll find holes that you can barely even see till you step in them. almost guaranteed to get a variety of sun fish and other panfish sized types. Bank fishing is possible but depends on how high the water is and how thick the surrounding brush is.
