Not necessarily a review but I saw a post saying this was in a retirement community and private but that's not true. That person may have been a mile down the road, there's a small pond but this place is a public park with plenty of parking. The fishing signs here say " fisherman, please take trash with you." It's a beautiful place!

Edwards Run is a channel leading off the Delaware River. The species I know of in here are catfish, perch, bass, and occasionally yellow perch, eel, and striper. If you want to bass fish here, fish places where there’s cover, or edges of the lilies. Catfish and perch are most likely to be caught here if you use worms. Overall, Edwards Run is a pretty good place to fish.
