If you’re a bass fisherman, this is a decent spot to fish from the bank. I was able to launch 1/8 Oz Ned head to the other side at every part of the bank. So far they’ve bit off almost everything. With that in mind, they’re very pressured and some days they’ll just float on the bottom and watch your lures all day. Very good shade from sunrise until about noon. Bluegills everywhere. And some small Black Crappie.
The peace of water is amazing to say the least. There are all kinds of fish in this lake. I have caught many big fish and been on the kayaks with my buddys and they’ve caught up to 10 and even 15 pound bass. This lake is loaded and you can catch bluegill, bass, turtle😂, I’ve seen beavers. I don’t know if the are catfish and crappie in there but this lake is very a good fishing spot for largemouth bass. Especially if you want to catch a tank.
