This place is extremely dynamic. Constantly fluctuating water heights will put your skills to the test. Don’t be afraid that think out of the box here. Cats and bass alike feed on Shad regularly coming through and over the dam. Use baits and lures that replicate this forage and hold on. It’s not an easy place to fish by any stretch of the imagination but the reward given to those who are patient are great.

This place is easy to access, full of fish, and all around fun to be at! *you can only fish here on Mondays when Piper Glen Golf Course is closed*. That is one minus. But other than that, just park in the clubhouse parking lot (if you drive there) and walk down the 18th hole and fish the entire 18th hole! I have found that senkos/stickbaits work very well for bass there! There are also a bunch of crappie and bluegills too! Tight lines and I hope to catch you all out there!
