Tons of Shore options!

There are a large amount of smaller ponds that bring in many different fish species located around the vermillion area! Highly recommend this area for shore fishing and quick water access when you don’t want to load up a ton of gear and the boat. Simple painless fun fishing for me!

Great Little Lake!

Went out to this lake for the first time, caught 3 largemouth bass, 1 northern, and about 15-20 sunfish. The action was nonstop for about 4-5 hours rod time, probably less because we were out in a canoe with high winds and had to put down our rods to paddle back across the lake before drift/fishing back across again. There’s one fishing pier available but no boat launch, only a dirt path that leads into the water for small water crafts like kayaks and canoes. Max depth is 8 feet, so not very deep at all and I wasn’t expecting such a good turnout. Had an amazing experience her and I’ll definitely be back!
