Bass or tucunare brought to shore or on board a vessel must be returned to the water immediately. In Wailua Reservoir Public Fishing Area bag limit = 2; minimum size = 12 inches total length; maximum size = 15 inches total length; Aggregate total bag limit of 3 fish applies.
