Reeves lake is a Great Lake to go to if you have kids that like to fish you can catch all of the sun fish right off of the dock. they allow small boats and kayaks, and the bass fishing is great, the lake has just been restocked with an impressive number of large mouth. they aren’t too big yet but you can catch so many that you’ll wanna stay out there all day

We are surveying this lake for a new church they are building. As of this date they have drained the lake and are in the process of dredging and cleaning it up. The lake will not be refilled and should be a creek and channel from this date forward. The homes around the lake will eventually be demolished and clearing has already begun. RIP Maddox Lake.
