Very good spot, this lake does dry up often though. To get good access you have to go through peoples backyards, but everyone who lives on the water is very kind and most of the time let’s you fish from their backyard. Use worms, chatter bait, swim bait, and if the water is clear use a spinner bait. I believe a company stocks this lake, and the bass do grow pretty big here.
We really like Lake Hall for dock fishing. You can also launch a small boat or kayak. It’s located in Maclay Gardens and the peak itself is beautiful. We’ve caught Bass and Bream there. My only complaint is the dock is right at the swimming area and can get crowded and loud on the weekends.
