Great place to park and fish

it's a great place to park and fish. Sometimes it's a little overcrowded but you usually can catch pin fish if nothing else. Between March and May the Mackerel run pretty good and there's always grouper and snapper to be caught, as well as sharks and kingfish if you have the right setups. Look for guys wearing TBFC on their shirts or decals on their cars. They're part of the Tampa Bay Fishing Club that you can join on Facebook or Instagram and they can usually help you out and give you sound advice.

I was really trying not to give a good fishing spot away but... my conscience took over and you guys will really enjoy this place. Fishing or not, it's one of the best yakking places around. Really nice place, but you won't like the fishing 🤔😉🤣 the only real downfall is you have a little bit of a walk to take your kayak to the the launch, but it's a boardwalk and clean, taken care of, cleared path. Go left or right out of the kayak ramp and it doesn't matter, you will definitely get what you came for. Fishing or just observing God's great creations, the wild life and action in the water is amazing. Unfortunately being so close to 19 you sometimes hear the nonsense from our crazy world, other than that I would totally, & reluctantly, recommend this place to go. I hate to give up a good fishing spot but this is for the good, for you and Florida parks. I want us all to prosper and there's enough room for us all to go fishing and enjoy the real Florida. 🤙
