I've been fishing here for almost 30 years, (100% Facts) there are some record Shattering size fish here! I was almost pulled over the dam once before fishing with a live bullfrog probably about 9 in in length. with a heavy weight (don't judge me) But I firmly believe I hooked a giant catfish that did nothing but go straight to extremely deep water then proceeded to spool me! I was using 20lb mono I also lost my father to Hoppes and this place will always be apart of me for the rest of my life. No matter the restrictions or consequences!

Tough, rewarding fishing

I’ve been fishing the creek for only around 2 years now and it has been a fun trip every time. It’s a beautiful creek right outside of Philly that holds a nice population of browns. It isn’t always the easiest place to fish, but it is very rewarding to be able to catch wild browns so close to a major city.
