The trout fishing here is usually pretty good so it’s great for kids/family, rookie fishermen, or even experienced fishermen who have been in a rut. Joes Flies 1/4 oz Super Elite Strikers work amazing(brown colors specifically), as well as powerbait(garlic and bright colors), and night crawlers. Hope this helps someone out.
Good crappies as well as some large bass carp are everywhere. I personally like this pond for crappies and the numerous carp. I was told that after this summer the school has set up a bunch of no trespassing signs and are not allowed to fish it anymore sad sad sad. I’ll have to see for myself but message me if anyone has any info on it. I still plan to try it in the future just to see but doesn’t sound good.
