The place is kayak accessible with a great kayak launch right by the boat launch. Great for winter bass fishing. First largemouth was caught near the launch. There is also a pier that you can fish for bass or redfish. Not a bad place at all would come back again.

You you can manage squeezing by property owners without getting shot at, this place is the best fishing in mobile. The delta, big creek, the bay, all are nothing compared to this. I started the day off with a 5 inch glide bait. I kid you not second cast I caught a giant 40-inch musky. I didn’t even know they lived in these parts! Then, I tied on a 4 oz jigging spoon and caught a decent size grouper with lots of meat. Getting bored of all of these big fish, I tie on a Senko and It immediately on the fall of the first cast gets demolished by a 10.79 pound bass. This place has got it I would definitely recommend trying
