good spot

I grew up near the boat ramp. i have seen it all. it's a good spot for largemouth bass, pickerel, panfish, and sometimes catfish terrible - stars for trout none of the brooks have trout all the brooks have are small darters, and native minnows. if you keep the fish they can be full of grubs and worms and always had a marshy, swampy taste that can't be cooked or seasoned away. best bait is worms on a bobber with about 2 feet of room or top water lures. do not use anything that dives. There are a ton of beavers resulting in eons of submerged trees. and if you bring a boat, bring 4wd it's a dirt mud hole for ramp with huge rocks. and trails only along one side of the lake in wells state park the other side is all private land.

no fish, I used every lure I had and I got nothing, I kept getting caught on rocks and trees and I lost 20$ worth of lures in less than 24 hours
