For a small park on the Willamette it has it all

Hit or miss

Great place to spend a day with family, there's hiking, playgrounds and dog parks. Boat launch is well maintained, dock is a pressured fishing spot. When the water is lower there is more bank access but still tough to catch fish from the bank here.
