You will catch endless bluegill here and maybe some small bass. I wouldn’t try catfishing at this spot though.

It’s a nice and quiet place , the south side is a good spot to fish on

I’ve been here quite a few times the past few days and in terms of just swimming and picnicking it’s really nice as long as it’s not Memorial Day. The fishing is also really good right now as of late May, smaller bass have been going for white grub heads on white jig heads and I’ve gotten quite a few larger ones on some cut bluegill head. Carp will go for bread and basic carp bait and they are very plentiful from what I can see and the catfish will hit hard as long as you’re patient. The pier is where all my fishing as been and as long as you have a couple rods and different baits out I can guarantee you will catch at least one fish just as long as your are patient and you watch the lines. Would definitely recommend this place as long as there isn’t a lot of people.

Decent for catfish on cut bait. For bass, it’s mainly top water in my experience.

It was a good spot. Lots of little fish bitting the tails. But the pleasure boats were just picking up the waves over there
