Fantastic Location

Scenery is immaculate. Several good spots along the shoreline. In a great, quiet town and I frequently meet friendly locals there. Seldom overcrowded. Bluegill and Bass are what I've personally seen come from the water. Overall a splendid spot that I'd highly recommend.

Great location. But the fishing here is overrated

This pond is one of if not the best looking pond in Bristol county. Awesome scenery in summer and fall and definitely worth the trip just to check out. Always pretty quiet and when there are people there they’re always respectful. Also had trails which I’ve never personally used but they seem cool. The fishing is just okay tho, I’ve been going here for probably a decade now from a kayak and on shore and the biggest fish I’ve caught is probably 2 pounds. And the my record is only 3 fish in a day. But, if you’re just looking for a nice time in a peaceful place, forge is the spot.

this place is so peaceful to fish, hike or just to sit down and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Located off of Rte 177 in Westport, MA this pond has many different species of fish. From Rainbow Trout to Bluegill. Come check it out. itll be your new favorite spot. like it is mine
