Allatoona Lake

Good place if you get some advice from the locals. Water level fluctuates a lot. It took me a long time to figure it out but you can catch some good fish depending on the conditions. Watch out in the summer though. Lots of recreation going on. Plan on fishing later in the day or at night.

This lake has nothing for bank fishing, the annual draining leaves the bass with deep bedding in the spring. Boat required for great fishing. Hot or miss otherwise.
