Warm weather just began to breakthrough in May and with it came the start of some great fishing. Spring fishing is fantastic in some parts of the country, but May was when anglers across the U.S  shook off the rust and began setting hooks, landing fish and loading their catches onto the Fishbrain App.

This month we are looking at the most caught and logged species on the app for May. It should come as no surprise largemouth bass were the most caught species, as they are one of the widest distributed, and a favorite by anglers all around.
