An ancient bottom feeder, that grows very old. They have a partly cartilaginous skeleton, and skin bearing rows of bony plates on back, resembling an armored torpedo. They stir up the substrate and sediments from the bottom using its elongated, spade-like snout with four sensory organs called barbels to locate bottom-dwelling prey. Handle with care and respect as they are older than your parents, combined.
