My son’s first bass!  Great time!  I know we should have been fishing a long time ago, but we were both into golf when he was growing up

So I went to Callaway Gardens yesterday and found a little free time to throw the frog. If you don’t know what CG is it’s basically a tanners beach for rich people. It’s only $25.00 per person to get in, but they have a lake to swim in, free butterfly green house, and bodies of water for days. I pitched in my green popping frog right against some veggies in the water and heard a splash and then set the hook! If you catch a lot of bass you can tell when you have a good one on usually when you set the hook and the rod stays bent! My absolute favorite feeling is setting the hook into a giant and cranking it back in. I set it back and it’s there just waiting for another bait to swallow. Keep Fishing!
