First bass of the year felt good size doesn’t matter for me just having a good time

Went night fishing two weeks back stuck the biggest of the year, scale never focused in it was bouncing between 5.45-5.55 I wanted to get fish back ASAP, on the Savage Gear Gill!

First hudd fish in a while maybe tenth or eleventh this year, I had a bunch of bites from fish above two pounds on the shad and other small swimbaits but only managed to land this one. The fish were really active and up shallow, he blew up and ate it at the shore.

Last one of the trip, caught six in total, biggest was two pounds, I lost some fish but caught a fish on every hard bait that i fished
