Didn’t get skunked on my last trip to the fish and game pond! This little guy actually hit my indicator first then came back around and took the red/black chronomid after.. Honestly I almost missed setting the hook

Biggest one yet from the fish and game pond, I really can’t get over the colours of these stockers. One of my last trips here before I move next week so hopefully I can post some catches from the Leduc reservoir or Beaumont pond!!

Haven’t caught one at the pond in a few days and I was wondering why... Apparently the brown mayfly season is over but the black stonefly season is in full swing!!
