It’s Halloween season and while the holiday isn't always closely associated with fishing, we at Fishbrain think every holiday is a cause to fish.
In light of the October holiday, we picked out some of our favorite fishing gear perfectly suited for this spooky season.
This double bladed spinner bait will creep through the water, bouncing off of structures like a ghost. The bait features classic Halloween orange and black coloring with a hint of green reminding you of the stem on your carved pumpkin. Electro-painted premium blades shine plenty of light through the murkiest of waters, and are sure to get the attention of predatory fish. The double willow is a great addition for fishing near docks, submerged logs and grasses, where monster largemouths and other creatures of the deep prefer to lurk.
Watch a trail of underwater fire follow this crankbait as you rip it through the weeds. Its distinct L shaped curve allows it to move freely and unabated through obstructions with the speed of the headless horseman chasing down Ichabod Crane. Dual internal rattles make a distinct noise, attracting and enticing bites from nearby bucket mouths. You can even choose from a variety of colors including Halloween appropriate red and orange.
