The Millerods CrankFreak casting rod is designed for one purpose and one purpose only: Throwing crankbaits! More testing has gone into this blank than any other in the range because there is a fine line between being able to achieve casting distance, sensitivity and balance – and still allowing your crankbait to hunt and then ‘hook and hold’.

The Millerods CrankFreak casting rod has that desirable ‘feel’ of fiberglass to keep those thrashing bass from throwing your crank, rolled into a high performance blank! We identified that fine line then pushed it as far as possible and the result is a rod that does it all! Making extremely long casts with a wide variety of crankbait sizes – ideal for ledge and flats fishing but great for shallow water stump fields as well.
