The 7'6' Medium-Heavy is the most versatile rod in its class. We designed it for pulling rattle-traps through the grass. If you want to throw a light Carolina rig, a small swim bait or a mid-Depth crankbait, this rod will get the job done. This is one rod you will want to keep on the deck at all times.

WINN grip handles

We have spared no expense in creating the very best rod in its class. Our Impulse original series Gen 2 rods start off with an exceptionally light weight and sensitive blank that is made with a blend of high-intermediate modulus Toray graphite. Then we custom fit each WINN grip handle to fit perfectly on the blank. WINN grips offer unmatched “tacky” grip even when wet. We shorten all our reel seats to provide more access to the blank in front of the reel seat. We cap the end with a Fuji metalized plastic winding check.
